Another art jam entry for Granitoons ' Arty Heroes jam.
Since TopperHay 's Emiko has a problem with being a villain in training, Baxter Pryce somehow decided to hire Punk Roxxi as a "tutor" in villainy. Little Emmy seems confused at seeing someone who was hired to be more bad, but, will Emmy confuse Roxxi?
I wanted to showcase my punk rock villain for this entry.
