My goodness, how long Casey has changed!

Ever since 2006, I have been churning out Casey Quickster pics. Since then, I have changed her design by year:

2006-Casey Quickster makes her DA debut on February 19th, 2006. However, she was drawn on January 23rd, 2006, and completed on January 27th of the same year. I was still attached to Fairly Oddparents art at the time, so this design, and my art style, was crude, clunky, and an eye-sore looking back. Her emblem design was too simliar to The Flash's design, and the head was too round and fat. I added her mask later in the year, but this whole design would not last...

Late 2006 to 2007-Around Christmastime in 2006, Casey got a makeover. The head was slimmed down, the skirt and ponytail were gone, and the color palette was swapped. The mask, boots, and eye color remained the same, but the major changes effected the symbol and the costume. The costume at the time consisted of a sky blue t-shirt and red tight shorts. The boots had a modification with the addition of silver soles to represent metal soles to prevent friction. This design was intact until late 2007.

Late 2007 to 2011-Casey's body went from being blocky to being curvy after reading several books. The bean-shaped body gave her a more curvier look and built body, but not too built unlike Jessie Jetter's body, and the head now has a chin. This design stuck like glue until 2011, as I gotten advice from Jon Hughes, a noted comic book artist based in Spring, Texas, to change the color scheme of Casey.

2011 to today-After taking Mr. Hughes' advice, I got rid of the excess colors, and used the other colors that were there from day 1. After showing him the redone Casey at last year's Comicpalooza, Mr. Hughes told me to detail Casey's design. So this year, I doodled a random pic and decided to detail Casey's costume by adding more detail, and here she is now.

And the current design resembles my 16-year old cousin Demi, as she has the same hairstyle as Casey, but her hair is dirty blonde and not yellow-orange.
