You have met the mother, now meet Jessie Jetter's father, whom has NASA in his blood!

NAME-Patrick Malcolm Andrews

AGE-Mid to late 30's

FROM-Clear Lake City, Texas

OCCUPATION-NASA Mission Control Worker

POWERS AND ABILITIES-Knowledge of planets and Astronomy, expert Mission Control technician, navigating skills, official NASA consultant to the Intergalactic Patrol.

BIO-Ever where Jessie's love of space and astronomy? now you know.

Patrick Malcolm Andrews was born in Texas City, Tx to an average middle class family. Patrick's parents never divorced, nor had any drug problems, but they do try to make ends meet for their four children, making Patrick the 3rd of the four children the family raised. There are times that the Andrews family got a lot of money, other times they do not. But Patrick has big dreams, he wanted to work at NASA one day, not becoming an astronaut, but to work in Mission Control. To begin the dream, the Andrews family moved to Clear Lake City.

The path to his dream began when Patrick contracted chicken pox at age 8. As a get well present, his parents got him a telescope for him to use as he recovers. He uses the telescope on different days even after he recovers. As Patrick grew older and older, he became a member of the astronomy club in high school. After graduation, he went to Texas A&M to study astronomy. However unlike high school, Patrick was bullied in college! Luckily for him, someone stood up to the bullies. That someone is a young woman by the name of Charlene Jordan. Charlene helped Patrick learn self-defense, and Patrick finally scared the bullies off. Patrick had a feeling after seeing the built-but beautiful woman, so did Charlene. As their time in college winds down, they dated and graduated with high honors. After a lot of time together, Patrick decided to propose to Charlene to marry him. She said yes, and they tied the knot afterwards. The two then moved back to Clear Lake City to start their family.

In order to start a family, Patrick needed to find a job, as Charlene already opened up her own health and fitness center to chip in. So Patrick began working on several jobs before landing his dream job at NASA's Johnson Space Center as part of Mission Control. His job was hard at first, but eventually he got the hang of it. Just as he was enjoying his job, mysterious forces grabbed Patrick during a coffee break. It turns out these mysterious forces were from the Intergalactic Patrol. Gen. Maria L. Wilson needed him to the Patrol's official NASA consultant to the Earth Sector due to his navigational skills and experience in Mission Control. He agreed, and they returned him to his post. Just nine months later, Charlene gave birth to a baby girl, whom they decided to name the newborn Jessica Josephine Andrews, or for short, Jessie.

As their daughter grows up to be a athletic firecracker, Patrick continued to work for NASA and help raise Jessie along with Charlene. Jessie learned about her dad's occupation, as Patrick took her to his job. He filled Jessie's brain with space and science, so Jessie wanted to go into space as an astronaut when she grows up. While Patrick was delighted with her dream, he does not know that Jessie will go into space, when she will be known as Jessie Jetter, a member of the Intergalactic Patrol. Patrick finds out when Gen. Wilson shows Jessie Patrick after she graduated from her training (and saving the Patrol from Lacey Loveless), Patrick and Jessie make a promise that they'll never tell Charlene about their positions.

After Gen. Wilson and Charlene fight after Charlene discovered Jessie's secret, Patrick and Jessie reveal their positions, and the fighting stopped. The Andrews family and Gen. Wilson forged a friendship with guaranteed protection and their secrets are safe. With Patrick's knowledge, the Patrol can use this to their advantage. Jessie now has a dream come true, to be part of NASA and going to space-as well as saving lives.

Patrick is a expert on astronomy and navigation. He is well-respected by his peers in Mission Control, and he has a fascination for model rockets and launching them, something he did as a kid. That love of rocket building is passed on to his daughter, as Jessie shares his love of science and rocket building. Both Patrick and Jessie enjoy launching model rockets from time to time.

Patrick is considered the mental half of Jessie's upbringing, as Charlene is the physical half of that cycle. I wanted to have Jessie be be more than physical strength, hence, Patrick provides the intellect formula that Jessie needs. Pic came out good, despite mistakes.

Notice Jessie's shirt, she is a NASA girl all thanks to her dad, and her love of space travel!

Don't forget the glasses too.

yet David Tennant's characters had glasses and he sometimes wears glasses in real life. When he was the Doctor, he did wear glasses but they the ones hipster/emo/geek glasses but smaller. I don't know if David Tennant might not able to voice him, as he has a Scottish accent and I presume Patrick is Texan.

I didn't know that. Yes, he was born in Clear Lake City, but not everyone from the state has an accent.

I kind of notice everyone born from Manchester hasn't always got this type of accent. I don't really know if I do have an accent, but I notice I miss the 'g's out in a suffix, like a cockney.
