Another new villainess for the Alliance to fight, this villainess is a Jessie one too.

REAL NAME-Roxanne "Roxy" Griffin

AFFILIATION-Anti-Alliance of Villainesses, unnamed punk band

PERSONALITY-Destructive, anti-social against anyone who she considers "mainstream trash", very rebellious, talented in her gymnastic and musical ability, very sadistic, very violent and ill-tempered.

ABILITIES-Toned, physical build, gymnastics skills, hand-to-hand combat skills, expertise in bladed weapons (such as knives, daggers, and razor blades), skilled in using melee and gloved weapons (such as chain whips and cat-o-nine-tails, brass knuckles, steel gauntlets, spiked bats, and maces), musical skills with vocals and a guitar.

BIO-No matter how much the wealthy Griffin family tried to raise young Roxanne right, they couldn't prepare for what their daughter would end up becoming...

Roxanne Griffin comes from a very wealthy family in the swanky part of Kingwood, Texas.  Roxanne, at age 4, discovered that she had the ability to sing very well!  She sang her angelic voice when her parents held parties and other social gatherings growing up.   But by the time she gets older, Roxanne was being pressured to be the best in singing and her other talent-gymnastics.  By age 10, Roxanne began to rebel against her parents' desire to maintain a preppy, squeaky-clean lifestyle.   She began to hang with the wrong crowd, began going to vintage clothing stores and thrift stores to find clothing and music to suit her new-found rebellious nature.  She purchased several punk rock tapes, cassettes, CDs, and even vinyl albums (not to mention, a record player), as well as several items of punk clothing and accessories to complete her look.   She even dyed her once-brown hair into red and blue hair with black highlights.

Roxanne's parents were horrified about their young daughter's new, rebellious look.   They tried taking her to get help, but she refused to talk about things.  This effected her schoolwork, as her grades went down, and she began to fight against anyone who she says "is a prep and a jock", meaning that she is shedding her preppy upbringing.  Shw began to hang around with several punk girls in her school, whom are also sheded their goody-girl reputations.  She also learned to use a guitar, and the girls formed their own punk band.  One final incident finally cemented to this new lifestyle was a fight at a gymnastics meet, in which Jessie Andrews, aka Jessie Jetter, was the guest of honor.  Roxanne, while not being a good sport, leaped from her team onto a member of another team that took home the gold medals during the awards ceremony and started to beat her savagely!  Jessie had no choice but to turn into Jessie Jetter to stop this brawl.  Jessie broke up the fight, but Roxanne punched Jessie out, calling her a "space pig" (an offensive slur towards any law enforcement official.)

This incident led to Roxanne being kicked out of the gymnastics team, and her rich parents having no choice but to put her in juvinile hall.  But one night, Roxanne escaped with help from her punk bandmates.  And thus, Roxanne Griffin, the sweet, preppy rich girl was no more, in her place is now Roxy, better known as Punk Roxxi.  Roxy (as she be prefers to be called) trained herself in combat, both armed and unarmed, specializing in chain weapons, club weapons, and fist weapons such as gauntlets and brass knuckles.  She was chosen to be in the Anti-Alliance after she punched Jessie, making her one of Jessie's enemies.  While being in the Anti-Alliance, she struck a friendship with Edith, whom also has problems with althority figures (though there are exceptions in Edith's case), and she befriended Katrina Bloodstone, a fellow outcast herself.

Roxy enjoys beating people and loves to torture her victims by punching them and stomping them with her steel-toed boots.  Othertimes, she uses her chain whip as a torture tool as well.  Not only she uses her weapons to fight, she also relies on her gymnastics skills by doing rolling attacks-she can roll herself underneath the legs of her enemies and knock them down, she can roll on top of her enemies and crush them (the spikes on her bracelets, belt, and collar can do more damage), and even doing cannonball roll attacks to knock down targets.  Her body is also built and tone to increase her attacks, and her body is very flexible as well.  

I wanted to do a punk themed villain for a while, and this is the end result.  Her look was influenced by the punk lifestyle and look of the 70's-80's, as well as Avril Lavinge, if she was fully punk and a villainess.  I think I am improving on drawing grips and doing different hairstyles.
